I had a great stay at Smarty Cologne Dom Hotel - Boardinghouse - Kontaktloser Self Check-In. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station. I found the self check-in process to be convenient and hassle-free. The room was compact, but it wassuper clean and cozy. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the comfortable mattress. Despite the lack of air conditioning, I managed to keep the room cool by keeping the balcony door open. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they provided assistance when needed.

We loved the convenient central location, just a block and a half away from the main train station and the city's famous attraction. It was super easy to explore the city and visit the Christmas markets. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated on a pedestrian zone close to the main attractions of the city, including the famous cathedral. it was conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
One negative aspect was the difficulty in accessing the room due to the complicated entry code system.
